Create a FAQ

To create a new FAQ, go to the left-hand menu of your website Dashboard, click on "FAQ," then "Add New."

Your creation process will follow this order:

1. Give it a title: Click in the field that says “Enter title”.
• Note: This "title" is actually the Question!
• It will also be used to generate the slug (= URL).

2. Complete the Description: This is the Answer to the question.
3. Excerpt (Optional): You can add a summary in the dedicated excerpt field if needed.
4. Assign a Type (Right Sidebar): On the right side of the page, associate one or more Types (categories) with this FAQ.
5. Publish!
