To create or modify the menu :
In the sidebar, go to Appearance > Menus
You can select the menu to be modified with this tool above the menu. Open the drop-down menu, select your menu and click Select.
To add pages to the menu, select the desired pages and click Add to Menu. These pages are now in the menu, you can choose their location by dragging and dropping them.
